Yes absolutely. It may be what is preventing you from conceiving. Ibuprofen changes the lining of your uterus. It can prevent conception and cause miscarriage. If that doesn't happen and you conceive it can cause birth defects. It's best to stop trying until you have been off ibuprofen for at least 3 months.
