How can you call people through Yahoo messenger and not get charged?

you IM someone and press the "call" on at the top of the window to call thru the computer. This is free. To call a phone, you can put money on an account on Yahoo (though there are many other sites also) and it is pretty cheap. The sound quality of comp-to-comp is not bad, I use it to talk to my husband in Iraq and its FREE!
