How could I make a Copycat Recipe of Breakstone's Cottage Doubles?

I LOVE Cottage Doubles, but am wanting to make the same kind of thing at home. 1. it'd be cheaper and 2. it wouldn't have HFCS. Seems like the only thing I'm finding for recipes uses Jell-o Gelatin and cool whip - not what I'm looking for. Any ideas?
