Do you think its wrong not to want to sell her the puppies?

Ok so my dog had 3 puppies the girl that i work with she said she wants one and she will get it....the thing is its time to sell the puppies now because they are getting too big she going to Miami on the 1st of April for 2 weeks....She also is never home spends all her time at the bars and she has two jobs....also she has two other dogs that are pretty much in a cage in the backyard in the sun all day long (we live in Cali so it gets up to 100 degrees here if not more) im the kind of person that believes in keeping the dogs inside not always of course...not only that the dogs she got are with her mom bcz she only has a condo...i know i said i might sell it to her but i dont think she can handle taking care of it and i dont know is it wrong for me not to sell it to her...i just dont think shes fit to have a dog...atleast not at this stage of her life....Does anyone else agree?Is it wrong?
