Does anybody have any clue whats wrong with me??

hey my stomachs been bothering me latly and i dont know whats wrong with me like it has sharp pains... i feel like im going to puke all the time ive been going pee alot more then i was im tired all the time but i was just watning to kno wif anybody could help me out with what whats wrong??? thank you all much!!!*~*
