When can I do the pregnancy test? I have PCOS?

I am 29yrs old.My hubby is 35.I am married since Sep'07 but still I have not conceived.My hubby's test results are normal.I was under ovulation injection-HCG for six months.Last month I did not have the injection and now it is my 47th day. Still I have not got my periods.My 46th day's PT result was -ve. PCOS board need to help me by answering....I am really frustrated bcz of not conceiving.
