Whats the name of this doentary?

there was this doentary on tv about 4 years ago, about this woman (cant think of her name maybe julia) whose face melted off overnight somehow, and she had to undergo surgery to try and regain her looks, i remember she wrote into a womens weekly magazine shortly before the doentary. I also remember her having a winnie the pooh teddy with her after the surgery, and i remember her lips being very disfigured,. Can anyone remember this woman or doentary?
