You have a good point probably lots of people are out of town. Ya, and it is unfair to take a sweet dog to the pound, and obviously he owns to someone because he has a collar. I would do what you are going to do: take the dog, put up fliers. Something extra you could do is put an add in the newspaper for a couple weeks too. That might do some good. Hope I helped!!! :)
