I am graduating college this semester. I am trying to avoid 100hr work weeks in finance.?

Good luck with that. I've been in the financial industry for over 7 years and have almost never worked less than a 60 to 70 hour work week. Employer's like to see you will do what it takes and if there are lay offs and your not one to work the hours well then guess what your'e one of the first to go.
