Guitar Hero 3 Quick play mode?

What the hell??? i found this kinda weird but every time i play in quick play mode as the character Elroy Budvis i always seem to fail the song that im playing...i can play the song as slash casey linch tom morrelo lou axel steel judy nails metalhead or anyone else and p that exact same song that i did with elroy budvis... why is this?!?!
