Dont you think its barbaric?

my neighbours are muslims during there Eid festival days,,they keep a goat and that poor goat keeps on bleeting( when i hear poor creatures voice i really feel pity)..i really find this barbaric how can they bred that goat like there pet and then kill it mercilessly and eat?? and they do have yung kids..i wonder what pyscological effect is such ritual goin to have on thier kids??
