Am I still pregnant? ?

I had an ultra sound at 7 weeks the heart beat was fine. I am now 9 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I don't have any symptoms and don't feel pregnant. Other that very sleep all the time. When I go to my appointments the doctor just checks to see if my uterus is growing. And that's it. How can i be sure it's still alive and the heart is still beating. It's too early to hear with a doppler.
